Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your initial purchase date. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the email address associated with your Google account used for the purchase. You can contact us via our Contact Page.
Processing Your Refund
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days depending on your bank and our Merchant of Record).
Merchant of Record
Since our orders are processed by a Merchant of Record, they will be handling the actual financial transaction of the refund. If you encounter any issues with the refund timeline, we will assist you in contacting them to resolve it.
