1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tabs Outliner extension and associated website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is provided by Vladyslav Volovyk, Private Entrepreneur ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered and operating in Ukraine.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Tabs Outliner extension. Pro Edition features require a valid purchase and are tied to the Google account used to make the purchase.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller. They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle customer service inquiries regarding payments and process returns.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any data you save or store using Tabs Outliner. While we provide backup features (both manual and automatic), we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vladyslav Volovyk, Private Entrepreneur and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vladyslav Volovyk, Private Entrepreneur, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
